• Standard UK delivery: 2–4 business days.
• Express delivery available at checkout.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• For hygiene and safety, opened e-liquids and used devices cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days once the returned item is received and inspected.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us at info@brick-bar.com within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
